Rafael Rodríguez began his entrepreneurial career over a decade ago when he founded Seminarium International in Chile in 1984. Over the intervening years he managed Seminarium´s operations, growing the enterprise into a Latin American executive education powerhouse, along the way founding Seminarium Executive Search (Chile's largest headhunting company) and the leading Chilean executive magazine Trend Management. In 1999, Mr. Rodríguez took his vision into cyberspace, founding laborum.com, the first Internet multinational to have its origins in Chile. He graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Chile.
Pablo Millán
Juan G. Espinosa brings to laborum.com a wealth of experience in Financial Management and Brand Management, gained in years with Unilever and Coca Cola Chile. Mr. Espinosa received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1999 and holds a BS in Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile. 
Pablo Millán has over 10 years of technical entrepreneurial experience in Chile, where he has worked closely with IBM, Microsoft and Apple. Since joining laborum.com, Mr. Millán has tackled the company's technology challenges. His technical know-how made the launch of laborum.com which received an unprecedented 100,000 visitors in its first day online and was up without interruption an amazing success. Mr. Millán holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile, and is an IBM Certified Engineer in e-business and transactional technologies. 
Alfredo Harz comes to laborum.com after over 10 years at Socimer, an important regional Investment Bank where he was Southern Region CEO and International Manager. Over his career, he has more than 20 years of experience in Latin American financial markets. Mr. Harz graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the University of Chile. 
Gonzalo Restini headed up Marketing at Megavisión, the largest private TV Network in Chile. During his years of experience in Marketing, he has also worked for Visa USA at the firm's San Mateo, CA, headquarters developing the company's e-commerce strategy. Mr. Restini received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 1999 and holds a BA in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Chile. 
Founder and former CEO of Origen, a construction company in El Salvador. He has also been a Senior Associate in Investment Banking at Corpbanca Chile. While studying for his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Mr. Maza was honored as a Fullbright Scholar. He received his MBA in 1998. He also holds a degree in architecture from Albert Einstein University in El Salvador. 
Gonzalo Castro's prior work experience was principally at Embotelladora Williamson Balfour S.A (now Embotelladora Coca-Cola - Embonor), as Marketing Manager. He has also worked on projects for AirTouch Cellular (now Verizon, in Southern California) developing strategic recommendations for the company's Hispanic-American market. Mr. Castro received his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA in 2000 and holds a BA in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Chile.
