2. What operation options are there in laborum.com?



A Single Posting that allows you to publish one job offer as a trial to prove the effectiveness of our site.

An annual contract, that includes a combination of Job Offers or Résumé Minings, in addition to specialized administration tools, eliminating the use of hard copies and excess documents.

3. How can I make use of the system ?



In order to participate, you must complete the registration.

The process is easy, if you would like to speak to an assistant please contact our offices (contact us ). If you wish to try on your own, the site has a help feature to follow.

 

4. The Contract



The User Agreement contract that you enter with laborum.com is a simple contract that basically limits  responsibilities on both ends.

The contract that you see on screen at the end of the registration process acts as your actual legal contract.  Once you hit the accept button, it is valid and legal in the United States. You can print it out for your records.

 

 

 

Confidentiality

1. Is my information confidential?



From the moment you enter your information it remains confidential .

2. How can I change my information?


The data can be modified and/or updated at any time,  by entering your company personal page and selecting "Update Registration Data" in the menu to the left.

 

How to publish and offer

1. How do I publish a job offer?



To publish a job offer, you must first register and be activated in the system.

Your contract will be activated within 48 hours by a representative of laborum.com.

2. Can I enter an offer today to be published in the future?



No. Offers are published the moment they are entered into the system.

This feature will be available soon.

3. How much time will my offer be published?



Each offer is visible for 60 days. After this period you have 30 additional days to review the applicants you previously selected. However, you may contact the applicants at any time during or after the 90 days.

 

 

 

A profile of the applicants

1. Is laborum.com only for executives?



It is possible to find all types of applicants in laborum.com:

Executive Positions: In general, persons with professional business and/or management experience.

Non-executive Positions: In general, non-business professionals and/or specialists.

 

 

Why is laborum better to use than conventional methods?

1. When selecting candidates, can I maintain the information or is it lost when the offer closes?



You can maintain the information in a separate folder for each offer, review it, and print the applicant information that you are interested in.

However, this information is only in the system for 90 days as of the date of publication of the respective offer. If before those 90 days, you choose voluntarily to close the offer you will lose access to the candidates.

2. What selection filters can be applied?



The filter criteria is established during the applicant selection process, when you are either reviewing the applicant data received for a specific job offer, or when you conduct a database retrieval (résumé mine) in the database. When applying filters, the system will automatically discard applicants that do not fulfill those requirements.

Year of graduation
Work experience
Type of position held
Company industry

Languages
Country of residence

3. What is the status of an offer



There are 4 stages to an offer: open (published), expired (passed the 60 days of publication), suspended (temporarily by the company) and closed (the company retires the offer, or completes the 90 days).

The suspended option does not alter the period of 60 days of posting the job offer; the termination date will remain the same.

 

 

Virtual Interviews

1. What is a Virtual Interview?



It is a series of questions developed by experts in selecting personnel.

There are different types of interviews.

The applicants can respond voluntarily to one or more interviews, which will be sent to you along with their résumé. The interviews can serve as an additional way to judge the candidates.

 

 

User Definition

1. What is the difference between Contact and Administrator?



Contact
  is the liason between laborum.com and the company.

Administrator   is the person designated by the company to control all of the applications of the system. The administrator creates and eliminates users, posts job offers and reviews all of the published offers. The contact and Adminsitrator can be the same person.

2. What functions does the user have?



Once the company is registered, the administrator will be able to add additional users who will have limited access.

They will be able to publish job offers and to review the applicants corresponding to those offers.
